03MULTILINGUAL INTELLIGENCE
Real language.
Not idealized language.
Conversations rarely stay within one language. A sentence may begin in Darija, the Moroccan Arabic dialect, continue in French and include Modern Standard Arabic or industry-specific terms.
Handling this requires more than a language selector: contextual speech recognition, relevant terminology, code-switching support and evaluation on representative recordings — especially for names, numbers and technical terms. Fidelity to what was actually said matters more than polished rewriting.
We also use freely available and open-source models and components for French, English, Spanish, Arabic and other languages, checking their quality for each use, from transcription to speech synthesis.
